All services, last 24 hours. Reports are unverified and depend on who visits this site.

How we decide

Three kinds of evidence, never mixed up

Most of the time the honest answer is “not enough data”. When we do say more, we tell you exactly where it came from.

Official provider status

Read from a provider’s published status feed, or linked from their official status page. This is the only source that can say “outage”.

Automated homepage checks

Our server checks that each homepage answers. A homepage loading doesn’t prove sign-in, payments or your connection work, so it never sets the status.

Reports from Australians

Unverified and rate-limited. We only flag a problem after at least 10 reports in an hour from 5 or more different people.

Troubleshooting

Before you assume it’s down

Try another device or network (for example, mobile data instead of Wi-Fi). If it works there, the problem may be your connection, not the service.
Restart the app, or close and reopen the browser tab.
Check for an app or system update.
Restart your modem or router: turn it off, wait 30 seconds, then turn it back on.
Check the provider’s official status page or social accounts for announcements.
Be wary of scams: outages are a common hook for fake texts and calls. Go to the provider directly rather than using links you receive.
